However, I do not know if it can do you any help to you as your case seems a lot serious. I hope you feel well in no time God's will. You need to see a physician immediately for best consultations. I would definitely recommend swimming as it will help strengthen your lower back muscles and all of your muscles for that matter. There are also lower back exercises that are extremely helpful but I am not sure if you can do them. Swimming is good for now, and please do see a physician ASAP.
